An Australia-based jewellery brand scaling across the US, NZ, UK, and EU. Pricing, delivery, and margin had accumulated rather than been designed, and the structure underneath wasn't holding as the brand grew internationally.
The engagement ran through Diagnose, Design, and Embed. The diagnostic surfaced where pricing, delivery, and margin logic were misaligned across markets. The system was redesigned and built in. Euphoric Craft now operates it independently.
